Intrinsic Strength ("we", "us") is the coaching business run by Scott. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because you should not need a lawyer to understand what happens to your email address.

What we collect

• Gap Test details. If you complete the Gap Test and submit the form, we collect your first name, your email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number, together with your quiz result.
• Analytics data. With your consent, we use analytics cookies (PostHog) and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and how people find it. If you reject cookies, these tools do not load and no analytics data is collected.

Why we collect it

• To send you your Gap Test breakdown, which is what you asked for when you submitted the form.
• To follow up about coaching if your result suggests we can help. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
• To improve the site and our content, using consented analytics.

The lawful bases we rely on are consent (analytics, marketing follow-up) and legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry).

Where your data goes

Form submissions are sent to our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel), which we use to deliver your breakdown and manage follow-up. Analytics data, where consented, is processed by PostHog (hosted in the United States) and Meta. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details while there is an active conversation or coaching relationship, and remove them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. To do any of these, message us on WhatsApp and we will sort it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we have handled your data badly.

Cookies

The consent banner controls all non-essential cookies. Essential functionality (like remembering your consent choice) uses local storage on your device and involves no tracking. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will show the banner again.
